Dr.Sarma has been contributing in managing different projects and programs of organization utilizing his rich experience over the years as scientist.<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>Sri Kanak Barman, Vice-Chairman <\/strong><br \/>\n\tSri Kanak Barman has been associated with organization since 8 years. Currently he is serving as lecturer in Nalbari Commerce College. He gives his valuable suggestions in providing organization a strategic direction and also helping organization improving in its accounting systems.<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>Sri Mahendra Baishya, Secretary General <\/strong><br \/>\n\tSri Mahendra Baishya is one of core founder member of the organization and has been associated with organization since 11 years. Sri Baishya holds post of Secretary General in the organization. He is a dedicated social worker and has been volunteering his services to the organization as whole timer. He looks after the internal administration of organization with special emphasis for improving organization&rsquo;s human resources.<br \/>\n\t<strong><br \/>\n\tSri Dwipen Baishya, Secretary <\/strong><br \/>\n\tSri Dwipen Baishya is young face holding post of Secretary in organization. He is dedicated social worker, his areas of interest includes microfinance and promotion of agriculture especially fisheries and paddy cultivation. He is also inclined towards promoting small scale industries amongst artisans and weavers. Over the years he has been instrumental maintaining liaison with its stakeholder like funders, donors and community at large.<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>Sri Abani. Kanta Das, Member <\/strong><br \/>\n\tSri Abani Kanta Das is newly inducted in Governing Board of the organization. He is retired District Agricultural Officer, Nalbari. He has been associated with organization since last 8 years. Sri Das has been giving his valuable suggestion to organization in implementing various agriculture development projects like World Bank sponsored AACP project and promotion of SRI&nbsp; &amp; Beekeeping amongst small &amp; marginal farmers. His special emphasis has been to promote organic farming technology using bio manure and vermin compost.<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>Sri Kamal Chakraborty, Member <\/strong><br \/>\n\tSri Kamal Chkaraborty is newly inducted member in Governing Body of organization. Sri Chakraborty is Senior Manager in The Assam Cooperative Apex Bank Ltd.. He has been volunteering his support to organization since last 8 years and is instrumental in providing organization strategic direction in its microfinance program and developing an overall system for the same.<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>Sri Kabita Choudhary, Member <\/strong><br \/>\n\tSri Kabita Choudhary is noted academician of Nalbari district and has been newly inducted in Governing Body. She is actively associated with organization since 7 years and helping institution in advocating women empowerment and environment issues. She believes in utilization &amp; exploitation of local resources in an efficient and gainful manner.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br \/>\n\t<strong>Sri Kanika Talukdar, Member <\/strong><br \/>\n\tSri Kanika Talukdar is associated with organization since last 9 years. She is school teacher by profession. Sri Talukdar has been actively involved in promoting message of women and child welfare in villages. She is also instrumental in promoting women entrepreneurs and SHGs to take-up income generating activities.<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>Sri Prativa Basihya, Member <\/strong><br \/>\n\tSri Prativa Basihya has been associated with organization since last 7 years. She has been instrumental in helping the organization in community mobilization through her efforts for successfully implementing projects such as SHG Bank Linkage Projects.
